NullReferenceException when trying to add a column which was not visible

description

When I try to add a column which was never visible before (IsVisible = false) the column is not added to the columnheader, but nothing else happens. When I then try to sort the list on a column, I get a NullReferenceException in the function private Column[] GetSortColumnsCopy() in the class \BinaryComponents.SuperList\ItemList\BufferedItemList.cs. I don't know why the column is not added to the header, and I don't no where to look for the cause of the bug, so any help is appreciated.

This problem is created by myself, because I allowed columns to be dropped on the AvailableColumns form. Now I can't drop them back to the column header :(
